System Tune-Up
A system Tune-Up is where we will make your computer run a little more smother, over time your computer can store files on your hard drive that it does not need for just £25 we can remove all these files and check all your hardware for any problems.
Virus Removal
If you have recently installed some dodgy software or your computer has a virus then we can remove all the malware from your computer and get It running smooth and well again. This service will cost £25
System Diagnostics
If you have a problem with your computer but you’re not quite sure what it is, then for £30 we can check your whole computer from the screen all the way to your motherboard. Once this service has completed we will write you an extensive report telling you the problems your computer is having.
Hardware Replacements
If you have any faulty hardware or would just like to upgrade your hard drive storage or the RAM memory in your computer we are able to do so for you. The price for this service can vary depending what part is being replaced.
General Repairs
If you have had a look at the services we offer and can’t find what you need, do not worry we will carry out any general repairs you need. Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you.
Data Recovery
Have you lost or deleted important documents or precious photos from your device or memory card. Then we can recover those files from the storage medium you stored them on. Please note as we will do our very best to recover the data not all data can be recovered depending on how long they have been lost for.
Data Back-up
If you’re scared of losing documents and photos from your phone or computer #, then we can back-up all your data do a DVD for £25 or a USB memory stick for £35.
Devices Data Transfer
If you have just bought a new Phone or Computer and would like all of the files from your old device transferring to new one then we can offer this service from £25.
Computer Clean Up
If you find that your computers fan coolers are running very loud or fast then they may need a clean-up. What we do is we remove all the panels from your computer and clean all the ports and parts inside to make the computer run smoother all for £30. Over time dirt that is clogged inside your computer can cause it to overheat and break.
Motherboard Testing & Repairs
If you find you have a Fault with your motherboard then we can run tests to determine what this problem is. If we find that a small part on your motherboard is causing an issue then this may be fixable. The test will cost £20 however a repair may cost you a little more.
Software Installation & Upgrade
If you require certain software installing to your computer like Microsoft Office or Adobe Photoshop then we can install these for you. If you already have the software but your version is a little outdated then we can also update that for you. The cost of the software will depend on what product we are installing.
Operating System Upgrade
If your Computer has an old version of Microsoft Windows Installed, then we can run a compatibility test on your computer for £5 to see if you can upgrade the version you have. We will also run the upgrade for £35 including the compatibility test.
